My, what a busy year! Hopefully you picked up our annual report, The Dill Pickler: A Year in Review, at our Perfect Pickle fundraiser in February, but if not, here’s a quick review of what we created to show off all we did in 2011. Looking over the Table of Contents, it’s crazy the amount of stuff we had going on!
Putting the Dill Pickler together gave us a chance to revisit everything we worked on last year: PDX Re-Print lectures, City Works tours, publications, workshops and conferences we were involved in…as well as the Oregon Rocks concert we put together for Oregon Historical Society and The 99%: A teach-in about Occupy Portland. Plus, it’s all packaged in an attractive booklet, courtesy of clever designer, Colby Brooks!
To get your hands on one of the Dill Picklers, you have to become a member of the Club. Join at at any level here. Members expect your copy in the mail by end of the week!
Be sure to try your hand at the papercraft Schuyler Smith created for us. It’s majestic how our duck parts the clouds over Portland and brings the sunshine to the city. Send in photos of your finished craft; no glue needed!
