Our programs and publications are made possible only by the dedication of members and volunteers. There are many ways to participate in shaping our programs.
Programming Committees
Know Your City functions on a program committee model –meaning members are directly involved in planning and implementing programs. KYC currently operates several standing program committees: a lectures/ tours committee, publications committee, fundraising committee and education committee. Participation in program committees is a benefit of membership. For more info, and to join a program committee, fill out the form below.
Office Help
Collate publications, distribute posters in the community, make phone calls, filing, data entry etc.
Documentation Help
Photograph and videotape events for archival purposes (experience in audio/ visual documentation preferred but not necessary).
Internships
KYC offers internships on occasion. Check back for postings as they become available.
